City to Offer Free FLU Vaccinations at Select COVID-19 Testing Sites

November 16, 2020
Beginning Monday, November 16th, the City of Jacksonville and Logistics Health Inc. will provide free flu vaccinations to residents of Duval County and all City employees. The flu shots will be administered Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Lane Wiley Senior Center, 6710 Wiley Road – 32210, and Mandarin Senior Center, 3848 Hartley Road – 32257.
With both centers currently being used for COVID-19 testing, safety measures at the sites will include placing barriers between the coronavirus testing and flu inoculation areas, and separating the operations and members of the respective medical teams. Each location will be able to administer up to 80 vaccines daily, with a maximum of 400 a week per site. Patients must be at least 9 years old.
